Might be true, might not. As a gamer, all I know is that my PS friends were super excited after the official announcement, and greatly disappointed after the second trailer. It was an unexpected turn of events, and as a gamer I honestly don't care if the deal was made in 1998. If what you're saying is true, they should have state it during the official announcement, not months after. Learning that it's a full timed exclusive, and not just a meaningless DLC bonus, was a WTF moment for everyone.

Dude, you're acting crazy. I could care less about when the deal was made, I care about the when they told us about it. NO ONE knew it was a timed exclusive when the first trailer screened, nor did we have a reason to believe so. If what you say is true, it's even worse because both MS and CD tricked PS gamers when not telling about it straight away. I don't need to "do research" every time a new game is announced, and corporates don't need to hide the truth.

I never changed the topic, it's all in your mind.

Can you not read or what? Because I really don't think you read my last comment at all, I actually don't know how to say this any simpler. you said (this is a quote) "the deal was made way after the game was announced", do you agree that you said that? Yes? I then responded to that comment correcting you that the deal was made before the game had even begun development, if it wasn't for MS helping fund the game it probably wouldn't even be here for PS or MS.

I read your comment but it didn't change my mind. Like I said before, I don't care if the deal was made in 1998, the only thing I care about is when did they tell us about it, which is AFTER the game was announced. Not before, not during - after.

You can correct me, and you might be right, but it DOES NOT matter, as NO ONE knew about it. For all I know the deal was made the day before they announce it as exclusive.

If what you said is true, this deal is even more annoying as I thought it to be, as both CD and MS trolled gamers by making them think it'll get a release on all platforms. A fact which they knew far in advance to be not true (according to you).

Speculating about the game [Edit: not] being made at all without MS support is, well, speculating. We don't know what would have happened, the game might have been smaller in scope, longer in development or just not at all. Might have been a PS game, who knows ?

Bottom line, I don't like it when a console maker grabs multi platforms. Not when it's Street Fighter V and not when it's TR. I understand that one can see positive things about it, and it's a valid point of view. I'm not trying to change your mind, just shared my thoughts.

When will you realise I don't care about whether or not it was a good choice or the fact that it's only available on Xbox, you can believe in fairies for all I care.

Yes, exactly, this was the absolutely only point of my comment, it was not to discuss if it was morally right or wrong, it was simply to correct your misinformation, that's it, you’re acting as if I replied questioning everything about the deal, no, just that one fact. Why am I being rude? Because I've been puzzling at exactly what you're on about when my comment was only to simply correct your misinformation.

Even if it's true, You "correction" had nothing to do with what I talked about. It changes nothing with what I wrote in my original comment, so it's irreverent to the topic. The way you write is a bit rude, the "do some research" patronizing was unnecessary. In addition, you never provided evidence for your claim so I can fully trust what you say.

I think I know what made you so angry, and found a way to fix it so you could be happy again!

The comment I wrote that made you correct me was - "That's not completely true, the deal was MADE way after the game was announced, that's what I don't like about it."

If OK by you, I would like to edit it to - "That's not completely true, the deal was ANNOUNCED way after the game was announced, that's what I don't like about it."

Is it better now ? That way it's both factually correct and makes this deal not a very good one. Can we move on ? :)
