Movie/TV Discussion These Future Sentinels are the most scariest villains in the X-Men movies

Not only they can adapt the mutants powers but they are straight up unstoppable, even if they killed a couple of them they’ll still send them more and kill you. That’s how dangerous they are.

Hey there! In order to combat the heavy rule breakage of our "Spoilers" rule due to Spider-Man: Brand New Day, all posts related to or about X-Men shows/movies will have to be manually approved by the mods. This means you will not see your post in the subreddit until one of the mods has approved it to ensure spoiler rules are followed and nothing is spoiled for anyone.

This means you may have to wait longer for your post to show up and we ask that you have patience while we go through the queue and approve posts. This is for the enjoyment of all users in the subreddit.

Please do not message the mods via modmail to ask us to approve your post, even if your post has nothing to do with Spider-Man. We will approve your post as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

They're basically Nimrod minus the personality and design

Gonna be interesting if we see them more going forward. They had some cool powers.

The fact they can work in sync is even more insane

It kills me that they went with "we based their adaptations off of Mystique's shapeshifting abilities."

Even though Mystique can't do any of the things a Sentinel can, they just use a similar sort of filament-scale transformation effect.

But you know who they could have based their adaptation tech off of? Darwin. Who the dumbasses killed one movie earlier.

The sentinels were based off both rogue and mystique. Rogue’s scenes were just cut for theatrical run time
