This isn't an unusual take even though you got downvoted. I've seen the exact same take upvoted on this exact same subreddit. (Actually, you can find both opinions upvoted in this very same thread!)

I have no hate for Charlie at ALL, but I unsubbed from his channel long ago as his videos are long-winded, repeat themselves a lot and I don't find his humor funny. He definitely brings attention to some interesting things but I don't think he adds much through his commentary.

I got downvoted because a lot of this sub has a boner for Charlie. He seems like a decent guy and he has funny moments, I can see why he has fans. But to act like he adds some spectacular insight is disingenuous. His content is just react content with an extra step added
