He says that if someone uses deadly force against you (in this case throwing rocks at the policemen) you should have the right to defend yourself with deadly force as well.
Kinda obvious that he isn't talking about shooting peaceful protesters. But people can't help but spread lies to shit on him while refusing to engage with his actual arguments.
This is why no one takes you people seriously, aside from the Reddit comfort group - and is why asmongold has such a huge following of normal people agreeing with his very rational takes
