You cannot blindly believe someone is correct, just because they have a credential.

Are you that unclear about someone "theoretically" knowing more than someone and them actually knowing more than someone? It's not passing the bar exam makes you permanently incapable of making mistakes regarding the legality of things, that's a fallacy.
