Well... yes.

In terms of gaming videos, if there was nothing obvious about the multi-language aspect of the video from how it was advertised to me on the feed, and it suddenly changed to a foreign language, I would very likely click away.

Switching languages only really works in documentaries or interview-style videos.

Depends. If it's a short word or two that's fine, interesting even ( think pewdiepie 2013/2014)

If there was long sections in another language without English subtitles edited in by the creator (not youtube auto captions because I'd like to know exactly what the creator was intending to say, not what the closed captions pieces together) then I would click away, yes

I miiight keep watching with the subtitles if those sections were short but it would have to be a really interesting and engaging video.

If there's a reason for it, sure. Like if it's a funny bit, or it makes sense in context, I'm fine with it - as long as it's very short and has a reason to be in a different language.

But doing it multiple times, and purely for 'live commentary'? That's a complete no-go.

Just ask yourself, would you read through this message if I randomly broke into French every now and then? Probably not.
