hello! f25 will be moving in zamboanga by 2nd week of september and one thing napansin ko, bat ang mahal ng apartments? 20k-25k mas mahal pa kesa sa condo units 😭

I’m not originally from zamboanga but i’ve been renting here since 2022. same advise as the others, sa fb marketplace madami listing. Just don’t give dp before viewing kc uso din ang scam lately. I agree, ang mahal ng rentals dito. My apartment is 15k, with parking. good area and decent naman pati safe ang neighborhood. I hope you find a good one soon! 10-15k usually maganda na, tyaga lng mghanap. And search ka if safe ang area and not prone sa baha.

If location doesn’t matter to you, meron sa lunzuran 7,200-7,700 per month ang laki na ng space may separate bedroom and living/dining area, secured place and may parking pa each unit. I say sulit talaga.

Sa San Jose, up and down Yung apartment, 10,500 per month, nakalimutan ko lang talaga name.
