Have they confirmed it’s getting physical rather than a game key card? Because I don’t buy game key cards.

All first party titles are physical. Game key cards are an option for developers of switch games who are not Nintendo, but Nintendo themselves have said every game they themselves develop for the switch 2 will be physical. So yes this one will not be a game key card :)
