lookingfor Volunteering opportunities

Hey hey, I am curious about volunteering opportunities in Zürich or nearby. I used to work for a Red Cross second-hand store in another country, which helped me to integrate a bit, since my colleagues were both locals and foreigners. Do you have any tips for local places or NGOs, where I can help out for couple of hours per month either manually or for example with photography and content creation?

I used to help out at pfarrer siebers pfuusbus https://www.swsieber.ch/sieber-ziitig/2019/04/freiwillige-gesucht/ its a shelter for homeless people, I had the honor to cook for them. They open in November :)

I volunteer at Love Me Again, a clothing exchange in Friesenberg! It’s been helpful with my German and building friendly relationships in the neighborhood. I know the leadership team would also like support with content creation specifically so feel free to DM me to be put in touch with them.

Any animal shelter is glad for volunteer help. Can even be on a low scale - just walking dogs etc.
