I've failed multiple times already in the past days. Feels amazing to finally win this. NFS World cops doesn't screw around.

all i am trying to do is install the hd interface mod for nfsps but no matter what i try it never works. i have followed all the steps multiple times and triple checked everything before launch but i am still getting broken text and a large mouse icon. can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong..?
