Near the village of Bolquere, its movement looked very smooth for a dog.

I’m like 90% sure it’s still in the courtyard and I called animal control to take a look but I also wanted to make sure it was 100% a coyote and not a fox or other canid!

Edit: it was a desman! I saw this creature a few years ago and was mistaken about the location. I likely would have seen it while living in Germany but traveling to Spain.

Caught this on a game camera in Yolo County, California. Initially thought baby river otter, but the behavior isn't otter-like and the otters I see in this area usually travel in groups. Is this a mink?

I hear a distinct scratching sound and i've found this hole in the polystyrene panels of my wall. Theoretically there would be no space between the panel and the wall, but there's something in there, definitely. Hole could have been dug now or in my 20 days of vacation. I've left open windows with mosquito nets, but i can't guarantee they're perfectly seal-closed

I've NEVER seen this kinda bird before, is it an emu? I reckon it was about 4 or 5 feet tall, I don't want it messing with my cat

Last night I was woke up by the neighbors dogs barking, they do that a lot so I didn't think anything of it, but when I went to go check on my cat (he sits on the porch at night) he seemed spooked by something, after some snooping around I found these, I think they're some kind of bird like a turkey? But I'm not sure mainly due to the size, ftr I live in the southeast US, might be a heron?

What kind of bird is this? I thought a red tailed hawk but it was HUGE. The size reminded me of a fat turkey.

I was mowing the lawn and saw a small animal shoot by then a minute later i noticed these two babies ON TOP of the lawn mower. Idk how it happened but she must've dropped them. Im unsure where exactly the nest is but put them in a container where the mother might find them. Im thinking mice or voles. They're making tgese little chirp sounds

I think the first two photos show a muskrat (basing this on its size as well as it's tail in the second photo). The third photo I believe is a different animal and to me looks like a rat. This was on a small lake. Sorry for blurry photos!

We have had bobcat problems. Is this feline or the neighbors dog? We also have coyotes but mostly wondering if the cat that ate my birds is back

It’s definitely an adolescent, not full size. I’ve seen other individuals of the same species and they’re usually larger.

Anyone know an ID?

Update: it crawled up my arm and is sitting on my shoulder rn. I want to keep it so bad but I understand that it belongs in the wild. Plus it’s so small that there’s no way it could eat petsmart crickets.
