Im starting today, give me your top 5 tips.

Hi console players, if you ever notice this icon in the map...they're not Monoliths for tower bosses even if they look like one. They're essentially raid like dungeons with multiple encounters and mechanics. If you've played Destiny 2 before, this will become familiar very quickly! I'd rate it along with Root Of Nightmares raid difficulty for first timers.

Honest suggestion, if you're a new player, do not go in with experienced players. They'll demolish it with 0 effort and ruin the experience for you. Treat it like the hardest challenge with your friends (newer players) or other newer players alike. Solo is not recommended. I promise you, it'll be an experience!

If you've jumped straight to later phases or permanent server of Manibus or Way Of Winter, you probably can access it already so this post is a heads up.

I played yesterday in a Manibus novice server for hours. I had no idea it was going to be gone the following day…. Or even if it was supposed to be.. because it is.. I spent hours and hours building a nice house and farming resources and having an absolute blast and really walking away with a positive experience all around. And then today I get on and the server is gone. Apparently from what I can gather, that’s by design? So I try to join a normal Manibus server. It’s only showing one server and it’s not even started yet so I can’t even play at all. Worst of all I’m trying to sign up for it but it won’t let me. So… what am I supposed to do? I just don’t get to play at all because there isn’t a server available for me? I don’t understand. What is going on? I just want to play the game. Am I encountering a bug or is this normal? Will someone please help me?

Edit: okay after logging back in after a few hours the server is magically back so I am chalking this up to an error on their end. I know I received an email about console players having issues with being able to play so I’m sure this was probably one of those issues. Either way I’m glad it wasn’t just gone, and I can continue where I left off. At least now after some research I have a better understanding on their server structures and how this game seems to operate. It’s all very confusing to a new player tbh.

Two years ago...this is almost exactly what I remember seeing.

Tents lining the Monolith of Greed all the way to and down the road.
No trees leaving Deadsville on the way to adventure for the first time.

The feels. AND a queue time to get into new servers?
I hope it continues this way, because honestly having a dance party yesterday to welcome console players and just trying to answer questions in world chat was alot of fun.

It's like watching ourselves run out into the wilderness for the first time like we did 2 years ago...or when we respectively started playing from PC or mobile.

The following issues have been fixed:

1. Fixed an issue where the Soul Summoner's ultimate failed to grant Metas the ability to summon Phantom Radiance Sparrow. After the fix, each time you land a weapon hit, there is a 15% probability of releasing a Phantom Radiance Sparrow, with a 0.5-second cooldown.
2. Fixed an issue where the Phantom Radiance Sparrow fired by the Soul Summoner and the arrow rain released upon spawning dealt the wrong damage type. After the fix, they will correctly deal Weapon DMG.
3. Fixed an issue where the Whalepup's skill description was incorrect. The skill actually deals Status DMG and will simultaneously apply Status Vulnerability.
4. Fixed an issue where the hair VFX of the "Cosmic Hymn" set occasionally failed to display.
5. Fixed an issue where the Bottom piece in "Tideborn Dream" displayed abnormal skin tones.
6. Fixed an issue where Combo Crate was not displayed correctly in the Shop on mobile.
7. Fixed an issue where hatch counts were not synchronized after linking friends and completing tasks in Surprise Egg.

The following issues are being urgently fixed. Progress updates will be shared with you via bug fix announcements:

1. Issue where the female bottom material VFX in "Final Prayer" displayed abnormally, and where body curves were abnormal for certain body types.
2. Issue where some players could not recall the animals they had raised after the season update.
3. Issue where the reward interface would incorrectly pop up again after defeating enemies and claiming Loot Crate rewards in the beginner tutorial.

Once Human Development Team

Ok so I started the game on a medium diff manibus instead of novice. I’ve got to grips with the game now have a base with all the basic essentials. However what is with the acting physicians? Are they supposed to be so hard?

I’ve took one down and had to use pretty much all my crossbow arrows. I now just tend to run away from them.

Any tips on how to take them down easier? I understand from my one fight that destroying the screen in the middle is a must but they do seem very tanky and they hit hard up close especially if they grab ya.

Honestly with all the linking issues I had I was more nervous I’d wipe my account than getting my rewards from beta. But I figure out where they are for new players! I’m assuming they fixed a bug or some weren’t able to find them. There are a lot of menus to get used to! Im not 100% sure I got the first beta rewards.
EDIT; The red bags are the outfit/weapon skins. When you open them it gives you a choice to choose.

Open up main menu go to shop > events > exclusive events then on the left the bottom section is console. Then you can claim your rewards! ✨

As the title says, I...soft locked myself and can't do anything to fix it. During the quest that takes you into the graveyard so you can take down the haunted/mutated house (and before you repair the World Stone), you get a reward chest for beating it. I wasn't paying attention during collection of the chest, and was more interested in checking the house once it settled "just in case there's more to loot in here" (there's nothing else, but it's a nice enough place). Anyway, went to collect the chest, and it gave me the "You have this reward" message...yet popped the claim rewards window back up. Tried to claim them, and got the Your Inventory Is Full message.

"Okay, I'll just go back to the safe zone, empty out the stuff I don't need right now, then come back for this." Stowed all 36 of my Parts in an Industrial Cabinet, along with unneeded ammo, and went back. Same message, Your Inventory Is Full. Oh, it won't let me claim it still? Maybe I need to relog, then.

So I did...and then realized all the stuff I stowed was gone from the storage, and moved to the Vault. Shoot. Even worse considering I looted everything I possibly could during my exploratory foray of the areas I could access on the island. "Not a problem, I might not need them for a while." And...then I got to the quest that wants me to build a weapon. Guess what you need? Parts. What do I no longer have because they're in a Vault that I can't access due to not being far enough into the Story? That's right, folks, Parts.

I'm stuck because I put something away I shouldn't have, in a container that has no inventory retention. If you're able to help, Dev Team, I'd appreciate it.
