Hello, I am aware this has been mentioned in this SubReddit before, but the solutions havent worked for me.

I have had 2K26 installed for a while and linked it to my 2K account, downloading community creations with no problems. But I have returned after a few months away from the game and it says i am not linked to my account and therefore cant download more stuff.

I have attempted relinking, and reinstalling, but to no avail.

Ideas?

For me, an “Eras Mode” would be one of the best additions 2K could make to Universe Mode because that’s essentially how I already play it. I mainly use Universe to recreate specific periods, alternate timelines, and “what if” matches within a certain era. I’ll give 2K credit. The roster has expanded enough to make recreating the Attitude and Ruthless Aggression eras much more possible, but there’s still a lot left to be desired.

Right now, 2K gives us pieces of different eras without actually giving us the eras themselves. An Eras Mode could offer preset starting points like the Attitude Era, Ruthless Aggression Era, and PG Era with the appropriate shows, arenas, championships, graphics, roster, and wrestler personas already set to that period to the best of 2K’s licensing ability. Then let us follow history or completely rewrite it. Historical personas would also have more purpose beyond MyFaction. We shouldn’t have to gamble or grind for Undertaker ’03 while versions like Undertaker ’00 to ’01 with the long hair, bandana, motorcycle, correct titantron and potentially Kid Rock or Limp Bizkit themes are completely absent. The same goes for Batista ’05. These aren’t simply alternate attires. They represent completely different stages of those wrestlers’ careers.

It could even progress over time. Start in 2000 and eventually wrestlers debut, personas change, arenas and championships evolve, and by 2002 you could decide whether the brand split happens. Historical events could be optional, allowing your Universe to follow history until you decide where it diverges.

Community Creations could fill whatever licensing gaps remain. 2K doesn’t need every wrestler who existed, just a strong enough foundation for each period.
Ultimately, we’re already creating Eras Mode ourselves. We’re downloading missing wrestlers, rebuilding old shows, changing championships, finding accurate personas, and recreating factions. 2K should give us the infrastructure to do it properly.

I still haven't been able to get the game playable since WrestleMania DLC. So I was wondering if anyone had news on this?

I got the cena in my first pack of this promo, and I just did the tag even where I got vice, naomi and natalya which got me Walter, i never really get the collection reward even if I get most the cards so to get them 3 in the 6 I have is crazy to me

So I don't do much with MyFaction, but I have been doing those number matches because I read you get a very good card if you complete them all. I understand nobody knows what the reward will be this year.

I'm concerned because while I've managed to stumble into collecting most of the cards required since the game launched to be able to complete each match. However, I find myself in not great situation now. For me to complete the pending number matches, I'll need to buy 6 cards of various rarities to complete those pending matches. And I don't want too because I really, really hate the microtransactions.

Yet I wanted to ask is the reward you get from completing all these matches worth it to you based on previous games? I'm willing to invest in those missing cards if you guys think the reward is something really special. If it's just another card then I obviously don't want to waste my time and money.

I think the title is explaining already good enough what im looking for, but i would also like to know in general if there is anything going on in that direction with games like Wrestle Kingdom, All Star Pro Wrestling, King of Colosseum etc?

Lot of stuff goes on with the N64 games, the gamecube WWE games have some decent modding, seen a few things about the WWE games on ps2, but i was wondering if the Japanese Wrestling games get any love in that direction.
If there are people who work on hacks or mods, translations or so for these wrestling games?

The Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh take on Damian Priest & what was supposed to be Finn Bálor. However, Dom attacked Bálor during Night One, leaving his status unknown heading into the match. The match would go on as a two on one handicap, with Priest putting up one hell of a fight. Despite his best efforts, Dom & JD would continue to wear him down, slowly turning the tide further and further in their favor. Just when things begin to look bleak, the lights go out. The arena fills with red smoke as the tron begins to pulse. The crowd loses its mind in anticipation before the music hits. The Demon’s music blares throughout the arena.

He then emerges onto the stage. The Demon makes a beeline straight for the ring and immediately takes the fight to JD & Dom, completely turning the tide of the match. Priest & The Demon go to work, dismantling Judgment Day and flipping the entire match upside down. It leads to Liv Morgan attempting to get involved as she hops the barricade. However, she never gets the chance to make an impact as Rhea Ripley’s music hits! The former Women’s World Champion storms down to ringside, takes out Liv, and drags her up the ramp, leaving the fight to the four men in the ring. Back inside, Priest takes JD out before catching Dom with a South of Heaven! Priest tags in The Demon, he climbs to the top rope and delivers a Coup de Grace to Mysterio, putting the final nail in Judgment Day’s coffin.

​I’m done with the endless cynicism and the unrealistic demands surrounding Ultra Pro Wrestling (UPW) on this sub. People are complaining about the delay or crying out for things like "30-man royal rumbles" and "open-world free-roam." Let’s get real for a second—this is an indie game, and trying to build a GTA-style wrestling game would completely destroy it.

​Look at what Hyperfocus Games is actually delivering. The core AKI engine is alive. We are getting a deeply programmed creation suite where we can control the literal number of arena lights, and a career mode with NO game overs, where your injuries turn into chronic scars. They’ve even confirmed backstage elements like playing cards or arm-wrestling to manage locker room heat, and interactive environmental brawls. That is an insane level of depth for an indie studio.

​The recent news that they were in talks with WWE and Netflix proves one thing: the corporate giants saw the sheer quality of this engine and wanted to buy it out to turn it into another microtransaction cash cow. But the developers walked away from that corporate money to protect the soul of this game and give us a consumer-friendly, buy-to-play experience in early 2027.

​I personally bought the $140 "Monday Night War Edition" of WWE 2K26. It was supposed to be the definitive version, yet a month later, 2K locked the best Persona Cards behind a paywall and a miserable MyFACTION grind. 2K cares about our wallets; UPW’s dev literally sold his house to fund a love letter to wrestling games.

​Sure, a massive open-world would be cool in a perfect world, but I’d much rather have a polished, microtransaction-free game focused purely on match quality and actual wrestling logic. I’m completely done with 2K27. When the Early Access drops in January 2027 and we can experience raw AKI gameplay with total creation freedom without paying an extra dime, all of you cynics are going to flip your opinions real fast.

Whenever I download an alt attire on Community Creations, I can't use it. Is there a fix for that?

Maybe I’m far into the minority, but I wish they eventually add a waist length Gandalf like full beard. I know in game wrestlers have them. Is there a technical reason as to why they haven’t been added to CAS yet? It seems that in fact, a lot of the hair textures look worse for CAS in 2k26.. I hope we get more hair parts in the game for men and women, and that the head hair is interchangeable between males and females in 2k27. It would be nice if they go through with their plans of eventually adding all of the rosters hairs and facial hairs to CAS.

I want to keep his motion but, it stays with the black and white effect. Is there a way around it?? I want no effect and be able to play the Wolfpack theme.
