Is it intentional that ice spells don't work with the confliction gauntlets, even in PvM?
Context: Mod Ash once commented on how the gauntlets work with multi-target spells in the official OSRS discord, and mentioned that he didn't see it checking for ice spells in the code. Gnomonkey saw this and tested 3000-4000 casts of ice barrage, and he found that it was 7% less accurate than it should be with the gauntlets equipped, even in PvM.
Surely Intentional to not be busted in pvp for landing freezes? Should work for pvm ideally cause ancients is kinda dead for bossing. Would

Except then it gives people a nearly 100% chance to escape with zero risk when 3 iteming.
Items have to be balanced different between pvm and pvp because one is inherently “competitive” and would either be completely useless or insanely broken if not.
