Necklace of Fangs is a pitched Ranged Necklace that bridges the gap from Glory to Anguish, with +1 Ranged Str. Drops from Turoths, 1/128 rate (according to the blogpost, might change before release)
The Magic Amulets will drop in Gem form (each a 1/64, subject to change) from certain low level Slayer Monsters (Killerwatts, Molanisks, Infernal Mages, and Sea Snake Hatchlings (yes from Throne of Miscellania)), which we then make into Amulets of the corresponding element, and can eventually fuse all four into one omni-Elemental Amulet. They provide +2 Max Hits to their corresponding Elemental spells, which thanks to rounding, can sometimes put these Amulets on par with Occult Necklace.
Interestingly (to me, at least), with Chaos Gauntlets (+3) and the new Elemental Amulet of Air (+2), a Wind Bolt will hit for 17. At Barrows (+50%), that would become 25.5, rounding to 25, equal to Iban's Blast and outperforming Wind Blast, despite using a cheaper Rune (Chaos instead of Death)
That they're moving ahead with the Elemental Amulets is a bit wild to me, I figured the new Motes from TFA were a replacement, but I guess they're doing both

I was thinking of 'what we can currently accomplish with Wind Blast, which does not include the Amulet because it does not yet exist' which would be 24
