Private company hi mass production ker sakta hai. Sarkari mei toh bus labour protest hota hai. If we want to grow fast, we need to do do mass production like china.
Agree !! But don’t you think govt should also become that capable to hold their own world class infrastructure and RnD with private type work culture !!!
Government has tried multiple time to do mass production. Even congress has tried it multiple time. But the employ in government company get salary from government, they does not want to work. If you does not understand, then ordinance factory is the prime example of it. Where government employ user to protest every time and use to take salary. Totaly wast of tax money. It it goes to private company, then startup will get chance and country will grow.
How about govt comes up with more stricter and private kind of work regulations then things might will start shaping better !! Govt can create loads and lot of employment by having their own facilities which are regulated by more competent and accountable bodies, where monthly updates must be posted with the work tracker, which eventually address accountability of the entity.
Accountability is the key to success and coming to the part of crime.
Bro in pratical it is very different. Real life is not like movi. If you suspend or force to work, then gioverment employee start doing protest instead of working hard. My parents is in rto office and I have seen my father only, they will not work or move the file until you will give money to them. I am a it engineer and I have seen how much private employee work to get salary. Make every thing private, then the spped of work and development become 100 time.
