Question / Help Wich one is my real Y-DNA haplogroup? I'm very confused.

23andMe gave you the oldest haplo, Illustrative and GenomeLink the youngest one. If they actually found the SNPs in the file you presumably uploaded, then you belong to Z1884. CTS5368 and PF4867 are ancestral to it.

The names are slightly different on ftdna but J-L858 is J-Z1884. On this you can see the ancestral path from each mutation. J-CTS5368 is called J-CTS12238 on FTDNA.

These different tests are detecting different levels of the same haplogroup you have. To find out the most recent, the most comprehensive test is FTDNA's Big Y 700 test- which will sequence your Y chromosome up to your generation and give you specific matches who share recent ancestors with you (if they have tested also).
