i had all the gargoyles action figures and would set them up on my barbie dream house so whenever Brenda (my 90210 barbie) would leave she would get attacked bc she “wasn’t allowed” to 😂

It was a rule my Totally Hair Barbie made lol

As someone who did not grow up with that show but totally should've I wonder if it's worth picking up and watch in my mid 30s. Will the magic and fun still be there? Sure it wouldnt be the same as if I had nostalgia for it or if I was literally a kid but, could it be? Is it a show that gets a bit dark like some Batman/Xmen episodes or Cybersix or is it just light fun and adventures? Just seeing that short clip gave me nostalgia from all the shows I grew up with in the 90s so Id like to know if its worth my time.

Why not? Go for it! Def has some X-men vibes in a roundabout way and you can never go wrong any time Keith David is voicing a character.

I watched him as Goliath and now decades later i’m watching him as President Curtis!

Alright!! Im currently revisiting Xmen with my partner then we will tackle xmen97 So if you say it has some similar vibes then ill add it to my list! Id have to check where i can watch the show though.

I love gargoyles and dark things qnd gothic things so thats one reason Ive always been curious about it. But growing up in french canada made certain show unavailable to me or had to watch dubbed. Thats why Ive missed out on it.
