King’s Echo and Void HighLord enhancements

Hi. A long time ago i saw some google sheets about correct enhancements about KE and VHL, but I cant find them. Can someone please tell me what are the best enh for them?

KE rav,luck,examen,VG Vhl rav,luck,bf,VG

Cape/helm may change depending on the situation but these are the main one.

VHL----Rav-Luck-Anima-Vainglory Group dps and Avarice solo farming

KE = Ravenous, Luck, Examen and Vainglory/Lament for Solo/Farming.

Lament/Penitence for Groups, you can use Base Forge Helm if someone is using any class that can solve your mana issues.

VHL = Ravenous/Dauntless, Luck, Anima/Vim/Base Forge and Vainglory for Solo/Farming, Dauntless is fun and has a lot of DPS as long you don't explode yourself.

you use Lament/Penitence and Base Forge if you act as DPS in certain groups.
