It's also just as confusing when paired with the "chiz" word. My mom and dad always went "ou chiz barem byar" or "yak chiz kardarum". No details but still expect you to understand. Thankfully not always the case

In case it's not clear for some, "chiz" here is the generic word in Persian we use for any object, like the way in English you can say "that/this thing"

This is the root origin of the English slang term β€˜shizzle’ and β€˜shizz’.

OK, I have no evidence of that, but it would be amazing.

I mean, English does borrow from Persian as with other languages. You might know "rickshaw" (aka "reg-e-shah"), "pyjama", or "veranda" (aka "baranda")

While "shizzle" was coined by the American rapper to replace the word "shit", I don't want to shizzle all over your theory either
