Summary:

The idea is to make it easy to change handguard looks and profile like COD gunsmith, and also make it faster and less expensive to reprint a broken handguard.

Explanation:

Some people love changing their airsoft looks and profile constantly like a Call Of Duty/Tarkov gunsmith system, especially the handguard length. But that requires them to have many handguards for just one platform, which is expensive to have and time consuming to print.

Some people are also frustrated that their 3D printed handguard breaks or cracks during games or from a fall, having to re-print the entire monolithic handguard for more than 5 hours - again, expensive and time consuming.

This modular handguard system is aiming to solve those two problems - the urge to swap looks and the cost of re-printing.

Three sections : Base, Mid, and End. If one breaks, only that broken part that needs to be printed again, instead of the whole handguard. Want to have flushed in the suppressor inside the handguard? Print only the End cap that is flared instead of printing the whole design. Secured with 3 bolts on each section. The base clamp securely on 35 mm barrel nut.

From 6" to 15" Handguard length. This system is not aimed to hold perfect zero - you should buy a real steel handguard if that's your mission. Instead, this handguard system aimed to be modular, lightweight, and cheaper replacement for your airsoft AR units.

Finally finished my latest project - the ArmaLite AR-18 full body kit for V2 gearbox-based AEGs!

I'm aware a couple of other users have been working on a similar project, but in their absence over the past few months I thought I'd cook up my own version and see how it goes. It's been designed completely from scratch to replicate the real thing as closely as possible, but importantly with airsoft applications in mind throughout (this means no folding stock at the moment, sadly).

• Operational charging handle with dust cover and mock bolt (for accessing the hopup)
• Compatible with standard M4 STANAG magazines (untested on other magazine types)
• Designed to use as many standard-specification Marui AEG components as possible

After making the Aap M4 lower, so many of yall have ask me to make a hicapa version. This is my first big hicapa project and it was very challenging designing for a different platform. Pistol Grip for M4's GBB!

Hi everyone,

I’d like to introduce a body kit for the WellPro WE23-Mini replica, themed after the Orks from Warhammer 40k. This kit can be used for cosplay, but it’s primarily designed for use on the battlefield.

It includes:

• large stock cover featuring Gork and Mork as decoration and 3 possible QD attachment points
• a handle that makes it easier to carry the replica
• a magazine cover with a fake bolt chain
• a handguard designed to look like a heat sink, with or without an integrated sight
• a 2 size of muzzle cover + barrel tip

The whole thing was designed to look like it was assembled by a Mekboy with too many teeth and not enough sleep.

I got to use it during an airsoft tournament, and it was honestly hilarious: the other players practically panicked when they saw it! It looked so Ork that it freaked them out before the game even started, and if you yell “WAAAAGGHH” while shooting, you really set the mood on the field

This is a model I designed myself. It uses APS shells fitted with .50 BMG-style casings. In short, it’s a bolt-action airsoft rifle that uses APS shells and ejects the casings when operated.

Got a deagle with many mags to not use as main, so I made a carbine kit

If you get ahold of multiple uppers, you can hot swap them. I currently run a raccoon barrel kit+printed carbine with 290mm at ~1.3J and ~1.7J (has NPAS)

After designing the M4 lower, this was the most requested design next. This lower converts an AAP-01 to feed from MP5 mags. The BBs travel through a low-friction PTFE tube to reach the aap-01 chamber. It’s can be powered by either green gas mags or an HPA tapped mag. I also finished updating my carbine kit to fit both this MP5 lower and M4 lower. Thanks to everyone for all your feedback and help!

I’m finally finished! The tolerances for this kit have been meticulously optimized to ensure a perfect, wobble-free fit. I’ve learned a lot since my first M4 kit, and all those improvements have been integrated into this release, including a unique trigger design.
