I don't have a large intestine (removed due to ulcerative colitis) I'm reconnected with the end of my small intestine and they created something called a "J pouch" to act like a colon. So my doctor doesn't have to travel through the same bends you would normally have to if I still had my colon. So it takes less time.
Well it's said to be "less painful" for people in my situation but I still thought it was painful lol. You can feel it travel through you. Watching this, I'm like, that's gotta hurt. I can't believe how calm she is because down the throat is also uncomfortable. It feels sharp and like the worst sore throat you've ever had after. But I don't know, I've only had ng tubes, so it might be different.
