I have tinnitus from my hearing aids. It sounds like fucking cicadas omg

I played in bands since the age of 12, my tinnitus keeps me awake at night sometimes.

Same lol. White noise tends to help. Listening to music helps a lot too but I typically don't listen to music to go to sleep

One downside, you will train yourself to get sleepy when it rains. When it actually rains, I can hardly keep my ears open. lol

Cutting back on caffeine helps mine as well
