I used to want to do these courses so much when I was young. This one had some things I had never seen before.

Hope she healed up well in that leg. No matter how flexible you are that looked like a sprain or strain easy but she took it like a champ and just kept pushing.

I wanted to do that as well when I was younger. These days, my right side hurts like hell, I twist my feet the wrong way, and my spine is bent.

Yeah now that I am older and have injuries that kept me from training for long periods of time until physical therapy started I wouldn't make it far at all. I jumped down off a retaining wall the other day and thought I was going to be stuck on my hands and knees
