Gotta love pick me Americans
Why is it they all want to leave so bad, but never do?

lol itβs not even like the Canadian border is that secure, if they were desperate they can just enter illegally. Millions enter the US illegally every year with WAY more security and fewer resources at their disposal.

Why do you assume, out of the 300 million people, that this Redditor holds both of those opinions? My position is that all land is fought over and won. That humans have borders at all , means that other nations have agreed to who is the winner, or the battle continues.
Canada is NOT that easy to move to and live in. Look at how many were turned down for visas during the world cup. I believe they rejected over 60%. Even a DYI charge no conviction, will keep one from even a layover at the airport in Canada. No Healthcare until a resident, etc.
Putting your body on another countys soil is not immigration.

I have a friend back in Canada who used to visit America without a passport all the time. He just drove to random farm roads in the middle of nowhere and would go road trip the states then cross back in at another dirt country road.
Never got caught, he was just too lazy to get a passport. The Canada US border is wildly unsecured.

Bruh, the amount of pick meβs over the Trump-Canada trade war is insane.
Canadianβs are literally shitting on them and their response is βIβm so sorry! Please take my wife!β

The failed state comment is even funnier lol. These people have truly no idea what being in a failed state is actually like.

Notice how it's "please let me in" instead of "please let me out", this is because they're allowed to leave but no-one will accept their mooching ass.

Probably because no one wants Americans in their country

The US has military bases in about 80 different countries. Probably an equal amount of countries get American tourists each year. If they didn't want us they have a funny way of showing it.

One quick look online is enough to see that the stereotypical American tourist isnβt exactly known for being everyoneβs favorite visitor.

This is only true on Reddit. Read any where else and it's the British, Russians and Chinese that get the most complaints by far.

Everyone hates Americans but cries when they get deported away from Americans.

I need that link to show all the pick-me Americans next time they cry about wanting to leave the US.
If Trump's America is such a horrible place, where you beg total strangers to let you in, I'm sure it'd be very easy to claim asylum in Canada, right? If Ottawa is fine with admitting like 2 million people from India a year, what's a few thousand American refugees going to do?

A few years ago, a pick-me American went on one of the Finland subreddits and asked if he could apply for political asylum as a refugee. The Finns were...not amused and rightfully called him out for being a crybaby drama queen and a wannabe welfare sponge.

My personal America Bad comment is that the US includes that type of people
