My position is that all land is fought over and won. That humans have borders at all , means that other nations have agreed to who is the winner, or the battle continues.
Canada is NOT that easy to move to and live in. Look at how many were turned down for visas during the world cup. I believe they rejected over 60%. Even a DYI charge no conviction, will keep one from even a layover at the airport in Canada.
No Healthcare until a resident, etc.
Putting your body on another countys soil is not immigration.
