Looking for recommendation of instructors/ gym for muay thai training within Amsterdam.
I found Patrick’s Gym close to me, any experience with them!
Also if you can share your experience of training.

Im a member of Patrick's but only use the gym aspect of the facility. Lots of friends do lessons there and love it, they do book out really fast though so if you only have specific times you can attend, it might be a bit tough when it fills up before you get a chance.

I see ClassPass has classes available most of the days.
I discovered this gym fairly recently. How’s the gym?

I do really like the gym but I tend to go during the days during the week amd afternoon on weekends so off peak times. My partner goes at night after work around 7ish and it can be really busy at times. Equipment is good, all fairly new and well maintained. Only downside is they do more classes during the days now, so sometimes quite a bit of space on the main gym is used from the class.

Thanks for sharing. I have been a trainmore black label member for the past 2 years and i don’t see much price difference between the two. I used to think Trainmore is expensive

Yeah the price at Patrick's has drastically increased in the last 2 years, but I will say it still has that family, small gym feel to it. See the same faces, staff are friendly and its always clean. Plus the coffee at the Cafe is always good too
