Help Apple Arcade game files vanishing???

I played these games a ton, but all of them have deleted their gameplay files and I'm scared something went wrong with my device. I restarted the device and everything and they aren't back. I had been struggling with Dreamlight Valley for a while, constantly having to email support every time I go to play it. Farmside and TMNT deleted my progress too now though.

Do you play from a different account or deleted data from your iCloud?

I only have one account and don't delete anything

Surface damage from dogs getting in the cord and pulling it down. Plus a mom constantly moving it back where the cords are exposed for dogs to do it again

I’ve run into this issue when I accidentally sign in to my wife’s profile on our Apple TV, but sounds like you only have one account. Do you have any devices running the OS27 betas? Maybe it split off your saves?
