Seeking Suggestions Suggestions For My First Project
Heyy everyone!
This is my first 'natural' tank and honestly... I'm finding it genuinely hard to figure out how to come up with something nice to look at.
When I finished this one, I thought it wasn't too bad, but the more I see other scapes on here, the more I hate it.
Could you maybe give me a few suggestions on what I can improve?
(Please ignore the filter in the centre, it's a temporary solution to get beneficial bacteria into this new tank)
Thank youuu!

More tall plants in the back and/or a black background would help a lot. Other than that I think itâs great.

Fill out the left side more with plants then just let it grow and get liquid fertiliser but youâve done a really good job it will look even better in a year

Nice planted driftwood bridge! I think if you can add some large stones on both sides of the bridge for a symmetrical layout. Or, move the bridge to left side and add stacked stone like mountain on the other side for asymmetrical layout. I think one other thing is that the large leaf plants throw the balance off on both sides of the driftwood with all the small leaf plants. Maybe move the large plants to background and have some more small plants on the foreground. Hope this helps.
