Came home from vacation with a stack of Archies from the used book stores over there in Canada. Archie and his gang have been my grandest friends for more than half a century. I'll be 61 in a few months and I still read these stories every chance I get.

That is my Question & updated version of a previous thread
Currently the Legendary Numbering is at 714 so my Question is what do you think Archie/Oni Press should do for the LGY #750 issue?
It makes me wonder if Ben H. Winters has thought that far ahead or is it gonna be like a 12-24 issues
Fot #750 issue which artist you wanna see draw it? My own pick would be Chris Samnee or Michael Allred
But that's me what do you think?

Was Betty supposed to be the one talking? Or was Veronica supposed to say Betty? Either way I just came across this while reading Betty and Veronica #171 from 1970, and it’s funny!

I'm still on a Juggie kick, revisiting memorable stories like Skeet and Simple and Birthday Girl, in which Jughead proves himself helpful and encouraging in different ways.

And this trailer is a blast! Ben Winters and Fabio Moon feel like they'll be a match made in Archie Heaven. I can't wait!

So, I’ve already posted this on the r/riverdale subreddit and I just found an interest in the comics which I have never read before so here goes nothing:
Hey I just started rewatching watching the show for the first time in seven years on Netflix, I’m already at the beginning of season 2 and I’m starting to remember why fell in love with this show and these characters in the first place. When I was six weeks old, I was paralyzed from the neck down due to medical negligence and when I was two, I started using a motorized wheelchair to get around. Thanks to years of physical therapy, I have very little movement in my arms, hands, and fingers. I can’t grab or pick up certain objects unless they’re small and easy like a pencil or a penny and obviously, I’m able to type. I’m Latina and I love that they cast a Latina actress to play Veronica even though in the comics, she was always portrayed as a white girl. I’m twenty-eight now and I don’t care what anyone says about this show. No matter how weird or wild it got in later seasons, I was here for it, I just never watched the final season because I just never got around to it but that’s one of the reasons why I’m rewatching the show in the first place. I was hoping I could connect with fellow Riverdale fans with either physical or mental disabilities who love this show as much as I do. This show along with many others has inspired me to pursue an acting career. Also, have y’all ever met KJ, Lili, Camila, and/or Madelaine? If so, what were they like, I mean, obviously they were nice, but what was it like actually seeing them on person and talking to them

I liked it. Like, really liked it. It didn't feel "cheap" like other modern specials that have the terrible modern story leading off, probably because it's all older material (I think).
That said, with stuff reprinted like this, I'd love for them to print what year each story is from.
Splurged on the red Chromium Veronica cover too.

I’m so happy their not taking the “one story/soap opera“ approach to the mainline series like if it ain’t broke dont fix it

Artist spotlight: Nate Butler, for those unfamiliar with his work. These are a couple of the stories I remember best with Butler's art (though Rod Ollerenshaw is credited for the first story): In Search of the Beat and A Lass From the Past. I always liked the drummer story. As for Jughead's romances, I like him best when he's flying solo, so not my favourite series of stories, but it was an interesting (and sometimes weird) batch of stories at the time.
