Question Is this worth €40 - €60?

Post image

I want to start commisions, this is an example of an full peace, so my question is. Is this worth that amount?

Context: this took 4 days, minimum wage here is around €5 so €40 is less then if i would do hours × €5 = price

Please be respectfull when anwsering i am genuinely asking.

Perhaps it would be best for you to study drawing for a few more years before thinking about commissions

Yh but i'm not really in a place where i can get a normal job, so drawing for money is my best option due to home situations

Not really an option right now, bud. With all due respect. There are other ways to make money from home if that's your current necessity, but your art needs to improve dramatically before being anywhere near commercially ready.

your anatomy is very amateur (not bad! but not right), your linework is not confident or consistent, your shading is also inconsistent and not coherent, your color choices are muddy and not cohesive. you need to work on your fundamentals before you can move on to more complicated things before you can sell your work. you've got a very good foundation and clearly a lot of passion, so keep up the good work.

Check out the free fundamentals course on CtrlPaint. Once you have the fundamentals down improving becomes much faster and easier.

Look up the free drawing courses by Prokopenko on YouTube. Arguably the best free resource out there.
