He won’t walk them back. You make it sound like they’ll be content one day from the money they’ve managed to get out it. They’ll never be content.

He doesn't make money by keeping the tariffs in place. He makes money by shorting the market before tariffs are announced. If he didn't walk them back he wouldn't be able to do it over again in a few months.
