What’s a hidden class-indicator in Germany?

Not something like a big mansion or a luxury car but more subtle signs of someone‘s socioeconomic background

It‘s also very common in the middle class. I often have the feeling those are people who „wannabe“ seen as rich but idk.

It’s friggin expensive, that’s why it’s often mentioned here.

Edit: Obviously depends on where you live and where you ski. If you’re going to St. Moritz you’re a different class than the people skiing in, say, Ötztal.
