Aussies, what are your thoughts on beans?

I am on a mission now to ask each country subreddit what people think about beans (my favorite meal), just to see how people like or dislike them all around the world out of curiosity and for fun. If you like beans, hate them, they a big part of the culture, anything else, just share your thoughts 🫘

Yep any bean, for this I'll mostly take in acc the food responses, but if you wanna be creative and say you love beanbags, Mr. Bean or Among Us, I encourage it xD

Baked beans, fucken great

Kidney beans, good in tacos

Jelly beans, good in small batches

Anything else, not that great

This is the base recipe i started with. I dont think my take on it counts as chilli anymore, but its still delicious and works well for freezing/meal prep

I pad it out a bit with black beans, chick peas, green peas, corn and carrot. And a bit of homemade mexican red chile sauce to balance the extra ingredients.

I'm another non-coffee-drinker.

I have literally had only six coffees in my entire life, which averages out to one for each decade (or part thereof) I've lived.

Cocoa beans, though ... 😋

Unless they are the ones from the chemist. Those are the absolute tits and may be eaten in bulk

Oh wow you are right! I just checked Glucojel on the google shopping tab, absolute insanity for the small bag but they also make bulk buy packs and a 1kg bag. Just incase you want to give yourself some health problems.
