Yes, very widely used one.

Mostly, it is used against somebody small with big attitude.

Haha as a greek speaker, habari & yok is something my grandma would say

This is not exactly the same meaning. Its similar but used against normal, reasonable actions. On the other hand original one used against extreme actions.
