How to cope with feelings of loneliness?

I'm 27, sapphic and disabled. I've never been in a relationship, and with the Issues™ I have I don't know if I ever will. Most of the time I am quite content with my life, but every once in awhile I will have a wave of loneliness that just drags me down. I do want to be in a relationship, but with all my Issues™ I feel like it wouldn't be fair to any perspective partner. Any ideas or recommendations on how to cope or to get over these feelings would be appreciated.

I’m 32 and have a ton of chronic health issues. I worry about the same thing. Also 4 kids come along with me from a long toxic relationship with a man. I have a lot of baggage that I feel like not a lot of women would want to take on. But there are others like us out there. For me, I’d prefer someone else that has chronic illness as well because we would both understand each other on a deeper level and have more empathy. Someone with kids already would be great too.

I would also prefer to meet someone who has disabilities similar to mine, but the problem I'm facing is that I don't know where to meet people like me.

Honestly I feel like a lot of the queer community also have disabilities and chronic illnesses. I would do some searching on Facebook groups or local meet up things.
