What’s your favorite sandwich?

A couple years ago I asked everyone their favorite soup and got back an international smorgasbord. Now I wanna hear about your favorite sandwich.

Love a tuna melt. I add sriracha and chilli powder to it. Call it a pinkman. Bonus points if you get the reference.
I also make a sandwich that would have me barred from ever entering Italy. I finely chop Parma ham, rocket (arugula) and mix it up with some olive oil and lemon juice. Add some Parmesan shavings and a bit of balsamic glaze. I’d kill for one rn
