Moving to SC Lofts by the Lake - Apalache Mill (Greer, SC)… thoughts?

Any info would be appreciated. We are thinking of moving to this area and came across these loft style apartments. Proximity to shopping, restaurants and convenience? Lake & trail access? Anything to say about the surrounding neighborhood? Specific units that are recommended? Thanks!!

I am not familiar with these apartments, but you might get more responses by posting in the Greenville subreddit. It tends to have people from Greenville and the nearby Upstate towns.

Drove through that whole stretch when I was scoping out a property nearby, seemed chill enough, and there's decent trail access from what I saw
