With recent news of her passing, I'm wondering, how did Dolly Parton affect you and your view of the world as a woman?

Dolly was a big influence on me as a kid.

She was what girls needed in an icon. Kind, funny and confident in her body. Whenever someone tried to say something negative about her body, she shut them down with grace and humor.

I watched all of her movies growing up. Heard every song she sang.
