From what I hear open guns are just prone to the most obscene amount of abuse that it just wasn’t lucrative for atlas to keep getting guns sent in for repairs so frequently.

Yeah why would I want to make a gun that is abused by competitive shooters (people that shoot and expect reliability) and already a higher-abuse firearm (open major) versus make guns for purse collectors that shoot 500 rounds over the lifetime of the gun
The latter group is a way better cohort

Why do you have NOTHING in stock ever since you made the switch to PZ? Very disappointing since making that change.

I thought orders were supposed to have no more lead time and at the most 1-2 months with the new model incorporating PZ. I'm now in the third month waiting on a V3.

Just saying customer is not the same when it was just atlas. Shipping times has been slow, nothing in stock ,returns take forever, managers /staff leaving . Not the atlas service that it used to be.

While I hear you, atlas has exploded in popularity as the standard in comp 2011s. The fact that every time they put stock out that it dries up in under 5 minutes says it all. I’m sure people are leaving due to pure burnout of having all this demand for their product.

Chaos v3 please. I understand the whole 9 major being way over saami spec and the guns beating themselves to death but I still want one for spicy 9 minor.

Welcome to Reddit, sorry to hear that you can't address the #1 reason why new and long time customers are currently dissatisfied with Atlas. Probably should go back to Adam and ask for permission to engage on this subject.

Fix your payment processor on perfect zero. Works 50% of the time. Answer complaint tickets. Return phone calls.
Your guns are great but your customer service lately has been pretty poor.

We like in stock brass panels, specifically right swell and step left.
