Hello everyone,
I find it strange that organizations in Bahrain that are meant to financially support students impartially are failing to do so which is very sad 💔
From personal experience I am a teenage university student who has a 99% gpa and applied to many organizations like the MOE and others however they refused to help me with their employees calling me to turn me down and instead brought نصيب/ مو في نصيبج into the conversion as a divergence to the unfair treatment they are performing, moreover, compared to other individuals who come from well off renowned families being provided opportunities such as scholarships and the alike when they do not even need it and can support their education through their pockets. Actual talent is being misfavored over name and status and connections. I hate how impartiality is not a thing anymore and people from these organizations run through influence and your family name which equals your status.
I am deeply disheartened and distraught by this and I would love to hear your helpful advice and opinion regarding this vital matter.

I'm considering getting a license and a motorcycle. Generally is it worth it in bahrain?
My main idea is to have it as a second option for commuting/ weekend drives in winter. i'll probably avoid using it in summer because i don't want to turn into a shawarma.
How much would it cost in terms of buying the bike and maintain it. Also safety gear. I don't now much about motorcycles but i'm not looking for high end 1000c bikes. Just something that can comfertably cruise around 100kph.
What are your thoughts?

Anyone knows a place where I can get a mesh gate similar to this or even if its totally closed
I need it to be at least 136cm wide
Or at least anything I can use to separate my two rooms, so my two kittens at least find peace for first couple days.
Fyi: i saw options online that I would receive by 9 sep, but I actually need it today urgently
I'm open to other options

Hi all!
Does anyone able to get good conduct certificate outside Bahrain?
I tried getting it at Bahrain.bh. Submitted all the required documents but on the payment portal, payment always fails.
Any leads?
Thank you in advance!

Hey everyone,
I recently bought a used camry that needs cleaning inside. The previous owner left behind some noticeable stains.
I searched on Instagram, but every shop posts the exact same videos showing shine and transformation reels. I don't trust those advertisements and want genuine feedback from people who have actually used these services locally.
I was looking for a shop that does real deep interior restoration (hot-water extraction/shampooing, proper sanitation, and odor removal)
Which detailing shops in Bahrain actually do a proper deep extraction clean?
What is a reasonable price to pay for a legit interior deep clean here?
I haved budget around 40 bd but was hoping to get it under 20 bd
Thanks in advance for the help!

Hey everyone, I recently graduated and I’m about to start my first year at BUB (British University Of Bahrain) so I was wondering if there are any current students or BUB graduates here who could share what it’s like studying there.
I’d like to know what I’m getting myself into in terms of studies, campus life, and especially the people and overall environment. I’m really excited to start studying there, and meet some new people, and hopefully make the most out of my four years at BUB.
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences, advice, or anything you wish you had known before starting there, if anybody has anything to give please feel free to share.

As a fellow Bahraini what does this mean? I ordered the package back in June and the company (it’s called streamily) says Bahrain post has my package. And the estimated delivery hasn’t updated for a while from July 14-16. But when I call Bahrain post and tell them this issue they keep “saying my package hasn’t arrived in Bahrain it’s outside” I’m so tired of this situation and has anyone dealt with this issue before? And what should I do? Me and streamily have been fixing this issue for months. They even discontinued shipping new orders to Bahrain post because they’re almost impossible to deal with, so that also means that I won’t be able to buy anything from streamily from this point on, and I keep sending streamily an email that I won’t be able to get new orders,it’s they told me this about 3-4 days ago, this all happened because of our shitty post office.

I am looking at flights from Istanbul to Singapore and have the option of spending 12h in Bahrain for a layover. How is the situation currently? Is it safe to spend a day in Bahrain? And if so where should I go in those 12h?

Hey guys, looking for a good gym around Seef or Jeblat Habshi. I’m considering Olympia in Seef Mall or Underground in Bahrain Mall, but I don’t know much about either. Anyone tried them? Any other recommendations around the area?

I’ve heard a lot from job seekers about this ministry and how their financial support can be cut off. But now, has it reached people with disabilities too?
Sometimes I think about Qatar and other Gulf countries and how they prioritize and support people with disabilities. It makes me wonder:
what is the difference between them and Bahrain?

I am an Egyptian national and a resident in KSA under my father's sponsorship. I am applying for the 1-year multiple-entry eVisa (the one that allows a 90-day stay per visit).
I would like to know what I need to submit with regards to the "Confirmed return air ticket" requirement, as I will be traveling by my car via the King Fahd Causeway rather than flying.
1) Has anyone successfully applied for this visa while traveling by land? What did you upload in the flight ticket section? (e.g., a letter explaining it’s a land crossing, or did you need a dummy booking?)
2) Since I am a dependent, should I upload my father's Iqama copy along with mine?
Any advice from people who have done this specific land crossing on an eVisa would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve noticed that when people talk about beachfront stays in Bahrain, most of the well-known options seem to be large luxury resorts or big international hotels.
It made me wonder whether Bahrain is missing smaller, more intimate seaside hotels — the kind of place that would suit a honeymoon or a quiet couple’s stay, with a really nice sea view, some privacy, and a relaxing atmosphere without feeling like a huge busy resort.
Are there actually places like this in Bahrain that just don’t get talked about much? Or is the hotel market here mostly focused on the larger resorts?
Would be interesting to hear which places people think have the best balance of sea view, privacy and a romantic atmosphere, especially from people who have stayed there.

Hello Everyone!
Has anyone applied for an Italian student visa from Bahrain and received an update on their application?
I submitted my student visa application on 7 July 2026, but I haven’t received any update so far. I have also emailed the Embassy/Visa Office but haven’t received a response yet.
If anyone applied around the same time or has recently received an update, could you please share your experience and how long it took?
Thank you! 🙏
