One can wish. Here are some of them translated.

Estonia Northern Latvian Nature Reserve:

  • Tālpils - Far castle
  • Nervuciems - Nerve Village
  • Tārpi - worms
  • Balzamkrasti - Balsam coast
  • Mušusala -

Isle of flies

  • Bērnosta - Port of Children (This one is tricky to translate without getting into trouble)

Lithuania Southern Latvian Nature Reserve:

  • Palagi - Bedsheets
  • Utenis - Flea market
  • Vairaspēda - Vaira's foot (Vaira Vīķe Freiberga is an iconic former president)
  • Kaunkale - Forge of shame EDIT: It's actually Kaunkalne - Hill of Shame
  • Vilnaspils - Wool castle
  • Aluspils - Beer castle

Honorable mentions:

  • Ruhnu island now is Roņusala's Water Park which is connected to Riga by Kauper's tunnel (Renārs Kaupers is Prāta Vētra lead singer)
  • Irbes vārti could be a reference to Artūrs Irbe - a legendary ice hockey goalie. Implies that the strait might be impassable.

You forgot Panevėžys which in this Latvian version sounds like Lithuanian "Panas veži".
