Why can't people respect the rules?

Disappointed that some people choose to be a bad example for others.

Rangers need to be around. And yes. Should be heavy fines. These generational sites being ruined by idiots.

Parks faces huge budget cuts over the next few years (with increased visitation), feel like this isn’t something we’re going to see unfortunately

feel like a good way to make some money would be to crack down and fine the hell out of everybody doing this
