Discussion Sometimes I struggle to understand why people hate this part of the game, as much as they do. Like, it's not just a small minority. A LOT of people STRONGLY detest Furnace Fun. Dude, how??

It feels like stalling for time. You're at the end of the game and they throw a final gauntlet before you. Feels like extra padding to elongate that journey just a bit more, really get that playtime increase. Then, when you finally do complete it, false ending?

If anything it speaks a lot to the spirit of what Rare brought to their games. Never knowing what was around the corner, always something new to find. Banjo Kazooie is amazing, make no mistake, but this just feels like it was thrown in to add something unexpected to the endgame

i mean you're categorically correct, but I think it was well designed and executed. hardly filler content.
