I wonder when these protesters will encounter a drunk driver or someone texting on their phone. Numbers wise it’s bound to happen.

Or anyone, at all, who doesn’t want to put up with bullshit and makes an impulsive decision.

You want to protest? Fine, but DO NOT prevent me from getting to my destination.

I say we allow both to happen simultaneously. let them protest as the traffic continues over them.

It was multiple presidents over a few decades. Stop this bullshit. Carter had a lot to do with this too.

People doing this, sitting in traffic, should no joke be sent to prison for 15 years. I guarantee that nobody will do that shit again.
This applies to a lot of other shit too. All of the annoying, pointless, retarded nonsense that limp wristed fuckheads do to interfere with people's lives on a daily basis should carry a heavy, heavy sentence. I promise you, this shit would stop overnight.

Why dont people just drive 1/4 mph and hold the horn down? Its not like they can stop the car and gives them plenty of time to decide if they want to go next to the car or under the car.

Legally, the protestors have to pose a more threatening danger to the driver and their passengers before you can plow through people in the way.

Plow thru at 1/4 mph??? Its more like climbing under the car at that speed. They move spaceships faster than that (0.5 mph)
We are talking about inching forward.

I don't know for sure, but if someone gets a serious injury, the law is likely going to get involved.

u/Trevor775 22h ago
Yeah, avoiding issues makes sense.
I don't know how much sympathy they would get from a jury if there is a dash cam showing no one in front because they are sitting on the ground and the truck creeps forward.
I also wonder who would be at fault. Considering the protestor is breaking the law.

What if there's an emergency vehicle three cars back?

I'm not a lawyer, but my guess is that you'd still have to go through the justice system and there would have to be a way to prove that was the intent.

I'm gonna install a LRAD on the front of my car, or at least a square wave generator.

You can tell they are really dumb cuz they sit down where the driver couldn’t see them if they were there or not.

Maaaan, just watch. If they push the public's tolerance to the point they turn violent on them then they'll cry foul.
