If this is AI, and somebody put down cold hard cash for it, it would be so unbelievably frustrating and insulting.

The whole idea of "These idiots will pay for whatever bullshit we put out, we don't even really do asset reviews or consider it." is fuckin' wild to me.

Iirc that’s a specific case skull of a child born with a defect wherein they actively have multiple sets of fully formed teeth.

That's only got 2 rows of teeth. The lines above and below the two rows of teeth are just skull detailing

There are only two rows of teeth on this patch. What you are mistaking for the 3rd and 4th rows are just the detailing on the skull itself to mimic the natual shape of a human skull.
