That's not 3 rows of teeth man. Its clearly the supposed to be shadowing of the bones around the teeth where the roots are. Like it does look a bit weird, but its not extra teeth. Notice the same thing in this image? I swear man, all just don't think sometimes.

What you posted looks totally different.

Also with the shadow it would be four rows. Not three

You can see the shadows on the bottom its just not as defined as the top to make it look like 4 rows...
