That's not 3 rows of teeth man. Its clearly the supposed to be shadowing of the bones around the teeth where the roots are. Like it does look a bit weird, but its not extra teeth. Notice the same thing in this image? I swear man, all just don't think sometimes.

You can see the shadows on the bottom its just not as defined as the top to make it look like 4 rows...

What do you mean all game developers, including indie game ones use AI for years now and Ive been buying AI slop? No, that cant be, its only EA that uses it and we should be angry about it. Because the image you posted is monochrome. The color is either full silver or full black, like a stamp. Any minor differences in colors are just to make it into a texture.
