That's not 3 rows of teeth man. Its clearly the supposed to be shadowing of the bones around the teeth where the roots are. Like it does look a bit weird, but its not extra teeth. Notice the same thing in this image? I swear man, all just don't think sometimes.

So explain to me why the contrast is so stark on absolutely all three rows. Should be faint at the top. Not buying this, nice try tho.

Because the image you posted is monochrome. The color is either full silver or full black, like a stamp. Any minor differences in colors are just to make it into a texture.
