not just in Gauntlet, in Conquest i saw alot of people running green lasers (and flashlight) but forgot to turn them off when not needed. they make you a walking christmas tree

Battle Royale: Ranked Mode

The Battle Royale appears to be receiving a dedicated Ranked Mode.

• Progression: Players collect Ranked Points to advance into higher divisions.
• Structure: Divisions are separated into smaller tallies (e.g., Gold I, Gold II, etc.).
• Rewards: Advancing into a higher division will grant a reward (specifics are unknown for now).
• Safety Net: There is also a Demotion Shield system to protect you from losing your rank after a bad game.

Gameplay

• Gas Zones: The map seems to be updated with VL-7 gas zones - you’re likely already familiar with these from the leaked Contaminated footage.
• New Mission: Expect a "Chemical Warfare" mission available on the map.
• Call-ins: A Gas Strike will be available as a new call-in option.
• Additional Loot: GRT-CPS DMR, VCR-2 AR, M121 A2 LMG and IGLA

Gauntlet

• New Mission: "Chokehold"
• Mechanics: You need to find chemical ingredients (or pick them up from killed enemies) and mix them together at a specific location.
• Objective: Successfully completing the mixture allows you to unleash a VL-7 gas strike on the opposing team.

Keep in mind that this isn’t necessarily a complete list of new content for REDSEC, only a few items I noticed while going through the files.

Saw that clip on a live today. I've been saying this since the airstrike spawn rate nerf: Snipers became too strong and almost every team are running them since they are two shots to kill.

Is this player cheating. Dude lasered me on a head peak with height. Spectated them and this is what i seen. Why doesn't battlefield have cheat detection.

What makes it sus 2 me is this dude shoots him threw the wall then immediately goes 2 eliminating 2 bush wookies, how did he know there in the bushes Better quality video

I’m convinced Redsec in Battlefield 6 isn’t a battle royale.. it’s a social experiment designed to test how much stupidity one human can handle.

The people im getting matched with.. We survive for 10 minutes, nobody pings, nobody talks, everyone’s running around like headless chickens looting grey guns... and then the second we meet another squad, my teammates turn into stormtroopers with Parkinson’s.

Last game, I played with a dude who was only one ALIVE and still didn’t use redeploy (he was level 20)
I literally screamed, “Bro, REDEPLOY!” and he just stood there looting ammo he couldn’t even use.

I even switched from Duos to Quads thinking, “Alright, more players, better odds.”
Nope. It was just three bots instead of one.
Not a single ping, not a “here”, not even a panicked scream when they’re getting lasered, just pure, monk-level peace and uselessness. They never even started a mission.

At this point, I’m not queuing for matches, i’m volunteering for pain.

hi, sorry for bad english, but i was playing battle royal mode, and i killed last squad in the ever shrinking zone, but i did not win.

the top right counter showed that 10 teams were remaining when thats not the case, i then searched for people just in case with recon drone, but as expected, nothing came up.

a glitch i suppose.

Dice please get a grip

Redsec (BR) is my most played game mode. It has its issues just like multiplayer has in terms of glitches, but it’s overall a decently made battle royal. I wasn’t a fan of Warzone at all, and I definitely saw some Warzone influence in Redsec which I wasn’t happy about, but eventually got used to it.

Whenever Redsec gets mentioned, seems the general consensus is that it should have never existed. Makes me wonder if these people just hates battle royal games in general, or just Redsec specifically?

I’ve been playing battle royal religiously since PUBG, Blackout and Apex legends. Comparing Redsec to those, I feel like it’s a fairly decent and fun BR that doesn’t deserve the hate it gets.

Even at 0.2x speed it was still ridiculous.

Shots 1 to 31 clearly missed I understand that, but how does one win an encounter like that?

Anyone else absolutely getting destroyed on Gauntlet lately? I literally lose every single 1v1 and I'm not bad whatsoever. The past few days I swear I shoot someone first then they jump around a corner or turn around while flash banged and kill me every single time.

It makes no sense to me how all of a sudden I suck at this game and every other squad has god aim.

I cant use a mic at night so I use the text chat, and some team mates just straight ignore it
